There's nothing quite like the bond between family members, and what better way to capture that bond than with an extended family photoshoot? Recently, I had the pleasure of working with a family of eight, including great grandmother Verna, grandparents Karen and Mike and their sons' families, Michael and Ashley with children Ryker and Taytum, and Shane and Deidre with son Oliver, for a summer photoshoot in Denver, Colorado.
The photoshoot was held on a beautiful summer day, with the sun shining and the warm weather providing the perfect backdrop for our images. The family chose, navy, blue, blush and grey and white as their coordinating colors.
As we began the photoshoot, the family was all smiles, excited to be together and capture this special moment in time. We took a variety of poses, including individual family group shots and larger group shots with everyone included.
One of my favorite moments from the photoshoot was when Great grandmother Verna, who is the matriarch of the family, was surrounded by her great-grandchildren. It was a heartwarming image, full of love and joy.
